Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce

Katie’s Parmesan Cream Sauce is a thick creamy sauce best poured on pasta, perogies, or chicken. Crafted with Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning, it is sure to become a dinnertime favorite! It is a simplistic perfection!

Servings: 4 people


  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1/2 tbsp Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream Seasoning

Optional – Choose One of the Following

  • 1 tsp Katie’s Habanero Pepper Topper
  • 1 tsp Katie’s Ghost Pepper Topper


  1. In preparation, shred a fresh block of Parmesan cheese. Freshly shredded cheese will give you the best results!
  2. In a medium pot, bring heavy whipping cream to a simmer, or slightly bubbling.
  3. Reduce the heat.
  4. Add a pinch of shredded Parmesan cheese to the cream. Stir until it is melted.
  5. Repeat until you have added all the Parmesan cheese to the cream.
  6. Add Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Dream seasoning and (optional) Katie’s Pepper Topper. Stir well.
  7. Serve on pasta, chicken, or perogies! Enjoy!
