Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 tsp Katie’s BBQ Seasoning
- 4 tsp Katie’s Chile Limon Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Katie’s Pepper Topper, your choice
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 inch flour tortillas
- Cheddar cheese
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
Instructions

Toss peppers and onion with 2 teaspoons Katie’s BBQ Seasoning, 2 teaspoons Katie’s Chile Limon Seasoning, and 3 tablespoons olive oil.

In a large skillet, sauté peppers, green onion, and red onions until browned. Set aside.

Toss 2 teaspoons Katie’s BBQ Seasoning, 2 teaspoons Katie’s Chile Limon Seasoning, Katie’s Pepper Topper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and chicken until combined.

In another large skillet, cook chicken on medium-high heat for 6 minutes.

Combine mixture into the same skillet.
