  1. Melt the butter.

  2. Add Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Seasoning and flour until smooth.

  3. Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.

  4. Gradually add milk.

  5. Stir in the cheese, potatoes, and add the heavy cream.

  6. Cook over medium heat until the potatoes are soft. Enjoy!
