Cheesy Garlic Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 cups milk
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 4 cups potatoes, diced
- 1/8 cup Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salts and Katie’s Pepper Topper to taste
Instructions
Melt the butter.
Add Katie’s Garlic Lovers’ Seasoning and flour until smooth.
Cook for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Gradually add milk.
Stir in the cheese, potatoes, and add the heavy cream.
