  1. Slice the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and set them aside in a large bowl.
  2. Place the eggs whites on a serving plate.
  3. Mash the yolks thoroughly.
  4. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, Katie’s Cajun Seasoning, and Katie’s Pepper Topper.
  5. Using a spoon or icing tube, evenly disperse the mixture into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle lightly with Katie’s Cajun Seasoning and serve.
