- Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, Katie’s Cajun Seasoning, and Katie’s Pepper Topper.
- Using a spoon or icing tube, evenly disperse the mixture into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle lightly with Katie’s Cajun Seasoning and serve.
